Offer for You
Taking the step into self-employment requires very careful consideration. It is not just about the "what" – it is equally about the "how".
Is self-employment even an option, and is now the right time? Many people have a certain standard of living they want to maintain, or financial commitments that need to be carefully weighed up.
Most of my clients find themselves in exactly this situation. Together, we work out the right steps and carefully weigh up the various options for potential self-employment through open dialogue.

Why IoE?
I have spent many years working in the fields of franchise and business succession. I founded IoE in 2013 because I recognised that this market was highly fragmented, with no proper point of contact where people could get comprehensive information about their options. We have continuously expanded our offering, and every day my work reaffirms that this was the right decision.
It gives me great pleasure to guide people into self-employment, as I have been in that situation myself and can draw on my own experience. This means I can genuinely put myself in my clients' shoes. Through the services offered by IoE, I have the opportunity to turn my passion and enthusiasm into reality.

Who should get in touch with me?
There are two reasons to consider self-employment.
One motivation is: "I want to become self-employed and am not looking for alternatives in salaried employment."
The other motivation is: "I need to become self-employed because I see little or no chance of receiving attractive offers on the job market."
Very often, people lack that spark of an idea about which direction self-employment could take them, or what alternatives might exist. This is precisely where getting in touch with IoE makes sense. We have already guided many people into self-employment — with business models they had never previously considered.
Professional Experience
Although I spent many years in retail, I made a conscious decision to take my career in a different direction. In the past, I had gained experience as a franchisor and developed a deep understanding of the subject. I also had the opportunity to build extensive experience in buying and selling businesses.
That is why I know the processes behind it very well.
Taking the step into self-employment naturally came with a great deal of doubt — particularly when it came to financial security. I had my monthly commitments, and giving up my standard of living was simply not an option. But after conversations with family and friends, I made the decision to go out on my own.
That is why I can relate very well to people who are interested in becoming self-employed and understand their thoughts, having experienced it myself.
