Professional Experience
My background is in leading sales organisations and companies, both in large corporate environments and in the mid-market, across various roles up to Managing Director and Vice President. I have always acted according to the guiding principle of "power for the employees" – only motivated employees are satisfied and successful employees.
And it is precisely this topic of "leadership" that still excites me enormously — which is also why I took the step from being an employed manager to running my own business. And I now ask myself why I did not make that move 10 years earlier.
